The staff at Flying Start are wonderful! Our children can be sensitive and anxious but the nursery staff ensure they feel calm and not overwhelmed which makes the handover for me stress-free, they’re there not only to support the children but the parents as well. When I leave my youngest I know she feels safe and wanted. I know there is someone there who in my place will give her a hug and comfort her if needed.

Every day my daughter comes home with a new skill, song or dance she’s learned. All of her excitement, creativity, interests, and ideas that she brings home stem from the huge amount and range of activities they do at nursery, both inside and out. There are preschools with more space or facilities, but our experience has shown that these are not the most important things. It’s the staff and family atmosphere they create, that makes Flying Start so successful – the care they give is second to none and makes them an easy choice.

The nursery is more like a family

Our son has been at Flying Start since he was 9 months old and we have been delighted with their care from the beginning. They have supported him in development from learning to crawl to writing his name. They have challenged him to develop his learning and as a result, he was more than prepared for school. The nursery is more like a family – everyone knows each other and looks out for each other. We feel they haven’t just cared for our son, they have loved him and we are very grateful.

Flying Start has been the second home for our daughter for the last 2 years. We have seen her thrive and develop well beyond our expectations due to the care and developmental support from the wonderful team at Flying Start.
